Two new cases emerge. Timely diagnosis means health.
Sargodha (November 12, 2019) – Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Bilal Feroz, while presiding over a meeting of the Anti-Dengue Committee, said that dengue cases have come out today but due to timely diagnosis, his disease is under control. The total number of dengue patients in the district has grown to 174 after these smoke cases, but due to the useful treatment, all of these patients are living a normal life.
They are surrounded by the homes of newly diagnosed patients. I am instructed to take precautions and complete other activities. The meeting was also attended by CEO Health Riaz, District Health Officer Sohail Asghar Qazi, Focal Person Dr. Tariq Hassan, and representatives of all relevant organizations and Rafisars.
Additional Deputy Commissioner emphasized the need to increase the number of awareness campaigns and volunteers and to intensify it. He expressed satisfaction that not a single dengue patient was admitted to the hospital on the last day and all the patients had recovered.
He was informed that new patients have also moved here from other districts, but other family members of these patients are also being provided medical services as per the government’s rules. During the meeting, Focal Person Dr Tariq Hassan briefed on the anti-depressive activities being carried out by the health and health departments of the department.
